Your product data stays in your account.

Retimos stores your account email, hashed password, sessions, public page snapshots, confirmed facts, questions, provider answers and draft edits. Your private reports have no public share links.

When data leaves the application

In live mode, independent measurement questions go to the selected API provider. Profile extraction, evaluation and draft writing send necessary page text, product facts and saved answers to OpenAI. Demo mode uses only local synthetic fixtures and makes no AI requests.

Optional visitor analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, and general device and region statistics. Analytics cookies are optional. Choose Accept analytics or Reject analytics, and change your choice at any time using Cookie settings. No analytics script loads before you accept. We do not send account emails, product content, report details, URL query strings or reset tokens to Google. Advertising features are disabled.

Operational data

Operational events contain record IDs, counts and error codes. Optional server-side error reporting is enabled only by the operator. Authentication uses necessary cookies.

Deletion

Delete your product in Settings to remove its snapshots, answers, drafts and usage records. Delete your account to remove sessions as well. Infrastructure backups may persist according to your operator's retention policy.
